EPM Mac L2 Support

Role Overview: As an EPM Mac L2 Support at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for managing a Mac presence in Enterprise environments, ensuring compliance with STIGs, patching and health checks of the Mac environment, and assisting with maintenance and enhancement of a Managed Mac Environment. You will collaborate with senior engineers and Tier 2 technicians for escalated support cases while also handling other engineering tasks in the department. Key Responsibilities: - Update, test, and maintain compliance with Mac STIGs - Manage scripts, application packages, and data services for the Mac environment - Assist in managing the patching process for the Mac environment - Administer Active Directory and create/maintain login scripts - Manage virtual desktops and hardware independent images using Mac Technology - Support JAMF, Intune, and WS One for enterprise management systems - Lead MaaS delivery as the administrator/lead engineer - Develop and implement enterprise solutions for customers with server support - Provide recommendations for automation and modern endpoint management approaches - Knowledge in security hardening of Mac Devices using JAMF, Intune, or WS One Qualifications: - 10-12 years of total experience with 7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience - Understanding of current scripting technologies and Mac Environment - Advanced knowledge of managing JAMF Suite of applications - Knowledge of managing Mac using Intune/WS One will have an added advantage - In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator of business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
