NTT DATA is looking for a Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor with expertise in macOS Support MS Intune to join the team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing a Mac presence in Enterprise environments through Intune/JAMF, ensuring compliance with Mac STIGs, patching, health checks, and providing support for escalated cases. In addition to Mac environment management, you will also assist with other engineering tasks within the department. Key Responsibilities: - Update, test, and maintain compliance with Mac STIGs - Manage scripts, application packages, and data services for the Mac environment - Assist with patching process for Mac environment - Lead MaaS delivery as the administrator/lead engineer - Support implementation and distribution of Mac OSX Thin Image using Intune - Develop custom Mac policies/configurations as per client requirements - Provide incident management, tracking, and solution for engineered solutions - Design and implement enterprise solutions for customers with server support - Recommend automation and modern endpoint management approaches - Implement security hardening and patch management for Mac devices - Experience in Zero-Touch Deployment and Pre-Stage Enrollment using Intune - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to interface with all levels of management Qualifications: - 10-12 years of total experience with 7+ years in relevant field - Proficiency in scripting technologies and Mac environment management - Advanced knowledge of managing Mac using Intune - In-depth understanding of configuration management principles - Ability to identify, define, manage, and control configuration NTT DATA is a global innovator in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
