EPC Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EPC Sales Representative to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the EPC industry.

• Identify prospective customers and generate leads through effective sales strategies.
• Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Emphasize product features to highlight how they solve customer problems and answer questions about products.
• Negotiate prices and terms, and prepare sales agreements with customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors to achieve business goals.
• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships.
• Achieve Order Booking Targets with required margins as per agreed Business Plan.
• Prepare detailed internal Scope matrix between Partners, Company, and Technology Providers.
• Review competition analysis and prepare counter strategies for winning, identifying project risks and proposing mitigation measures.
• Prepare cost elements and arrive at a winning price.

• Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an added advantage.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on results-driven performance.
• Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the EPC industry, with knowledge of waste water treatment plants, biogas plants, gas suppression units, and solid waste management.
• Skills in sales, field sales, and telecalling, along with proficiency in English and Hindi.
