Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and quick learner to join our team as an EOS Coordinator. This individual will play a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) within our organization. The EOS Coordinator will work closely with our leadership team, employees in India, and team members in the United States to ensure smooth adoption and execution of EOS principles, processes, and meetings.
The ideal candidate is an effective communicator fluent in English, Hindi, and preferably Gujarati, enabling seamless communication with our diverse team. This position requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning and applying new systems. They will also act as a trainer for both Indian and US teams, ensuring EOS is consistently implemented across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Learn and Master EOS: Gain an in-depth understanding of the EOS framework through self-learning and training provided by the leadership teamFacilitate EOS Implementation: Work with the leadership team to implement EOS across the organization, including running Level 10 Meetings, creating accountability charts, and managing Rocks and ScorecardsConduct Training: Teach and guide employees (in India and the US) on EOS principles, processes, and tools, adapting the approach based on the audienceRun EOS Meetings: Facilitate weekly, quarterly, and annual EOS meetings, ensuring alignment and consistency in executionAct as a Liaison: Bridge communication gaps between Indian and US teams, ensuring clarity and alignment on EOS principlesMonitor Progress: Track the organization's progress in achieving EOS goals, helping to identify bottlenecks and recommending solutionsPromote Team Alignment: Ensure that EOS processes are adhered to across all departments and teams, fostering a culture of accountability and transparencyQualifications:Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must for effective communication with US-based teamsFluency in Hindi is essential for communicating with team members in IndiaKnowledge of Gujarati is highly preferred to assist in better communication with local employeesExperience: Prior experience in a coordination, facilitation, or project management role is a plus but not mandatorySkills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesQuick learner with the ability to grasp and apply new conceptsProficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teamsPersonality Traits:Proactive and self-drivenDetail-oriented and organizedOpen to learning and feedbackComfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAdaptable and culturally sensitive
