Job Description

That s why we re on the lookout for an effective country EHS manager who will help the account regional EHS director in implementing and managing the Company s safety management system across the region.

As the person in charge, you ll see to it that both national and local safety standards are religiously followed in all of our clients multisite portfolios. Aside from these, you ll be on top of designing and enforcing risk management strategies; as well as providing reports on the adoption of safety protocols.

You ll also be the go-to person for all things related to workplace safety. In this role, you ll provide valuable insights and technical advice on mitigating risks. You ll also organise and roll out effective communication plans for the region. Performing routine inspections, reviews and audits is part of your mandate, too.

Are you a staunch supporter of collaborative work and team effortIf so, this is the perfect role for you. As the person in charge, you ll work closely with site teams to ensure that our safety measures and procedures are adhered to. Likewise, you ll constantly collaborate with our account teams to identify opportunities for improvement, and determine cost-effective ways in implementing our safety standards.

Also part of your scope is to build good working relationship with our clients and contractors. In this role, you ll work side-by-side with facilities managers in handling key external and internal stakeholders. You ll also support our procurement team in selecting contractors, and ensuring that these approved experts follow safety standards in place.
