It is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work arrangements while gaining substantial industry experience.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Source potential candidates through various channels like online job portals, social media, and professional networks.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.- Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of potential candidates.- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintain and update our candidate database with all relevant information.- Assist the senior recruitment team with day-to-day administrative tasks.- Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.REQUIREMENTS:- A Bachelor's degree in any field.
