Entry Level Executive

As an Entry-Level Executive at All India Football Federation (AIFF), your role will involve supporting the department in day-to-day operations to ensure effective execution of projects and tasks, contributing to the strategic goals of AIFF. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of departmental activities. - Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports. - Communicating with stakeholders such as clubs, state associations, partners, and vendors. - Supporting the organization of events, tournaments, meetings, and workshops. - Conducting research, data collection, preparing presentations, and reports as required. - Handling administrative and logistical tasks for the department. - Contributing to innovation and process improvement initiatives. - Ensuring compliance with AIFF policies and procedures. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A Bachelors degree in sports management, business administration, communications, or a related field. - 0-2 years of professional experience (internships or volunteer experience in sports organizations is a plus). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for football and understanding of the Indian football ecosystem. Preferred skills include: - Basic knowledge of event/project management. - Ability to work in a team and under tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel as required by the role. - Fluency in English, knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage.
