Overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities
Support women groups in production, quality control, packaging, and branding of nutritious and millet-based products
Manage project finances, budgets, and financial reporting
Develop and strengthen market linkages, including local markets, retailers, institutions, and online platforms
Coordinate with women collectives, community stakeholders, vendors, and partners
Ensure compliance with project guidelines, timelines, and donor requirements
Prepare project reports, documentation, and case studies
Support capacity building and mentoring of women nutri-preneurs

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate degree in Management, Social Work, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Nutrition, or related fields
Minimum
57 years of experience
in livelihood promotion, women entrepreneurship, or enterprise development projects
Strong understanding of food production systems, preferably millet-based or nutrition-focused enterprises
Experience in financial management, budgeting, and market development
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
Willingness to work closely with communities in urban slum settings
