This internship is ideal for individuals who are passionate about finance, innovation, and startups. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct detailed research on fintech trends, competitors, regulatory changes, and user behavior. - Analyze emerging sub-sectors within the fintech industry such as digital lending, embedded finance, and wealth tech. - Extract and analyze data from various sources to support investment strategies, product development, and expansion plans. - Design and execute surveys and interviews to gather valuable insights from customers and stakeholders. - Present key findings through comprehensive reports, presentations, or dashboards. - Collaborate with teams across different functions including product, growth, and strategy. - Identify existing gaps, pain points, and opportunities within the financial ecosystem. **Qualification Required:** - Strong business acumen and a drive for entrepreneurship. - Curiosity, self-motivation, and a problem-solving mindset. - Proficiency in research, data analysis, and storytelling using data. - Comfortable with cold outreach, surveys, and customer interactions. - Passion for fintech and financial inclusion. - Proficient in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and familiarity with tools like Notion, Canva, or Airtable is a plus. - Background in business, finance, economics, or engineering is preferred but not mandatory. - Previous research work demonstrating goals and outcomes. **Additional Company Details:** Chinmay is dedicated to building innovative financial solutions and offers interns exposure to real-world fintech challenges.
