• Identify and curate promising early-stage startups aligned with Achievate’s advisory and investment model
• Engage with founders to assess business models, traction, and capital needs
• Provide strategic advisory to startups to help them grow, scale, and build long-term value
• Support investor outreach and deal facilitation through strategic connects
• Contribute to thought leadership via content, panels, and knowledge initiatives
• Assist in startup deliverables such as pitch deck review, research, and diligence
• Represent Achievate at startup events, forums, and ecosystem meetings
• Optionally lead specific verticals (e.g., AI, deep tech, fintech, climate)
