About Kal Ke Krorepati Kal Ke Krorepati is India's first televised startup investment show acquired by Favcy Venture Builders, India's largest venture-building ecosystem, streaming on JioCinema. The show showcases handpicked startups from Tier 2 and Tier 3 India pitching to marquee investors on national television. It is now powered by 1to10 by Favcy, their flagship accelerator that scouts, curates, and backs early-stage startups across Bharat. Each season features 27 startups, an 8-stage curation and acceleration process, and 11 high-stakes episodes. Kal Ke Krorepati is more than just a pitch show; it's a cultural moment that connects India's entrepreneurial spirit with investors, consumers, and forward-looking brands. The Role: Sponsorship Lead As a Sponsorship Lead, you will play a vital role in the sales-first, brand-partnership aspect of the show. You will have full ownership of the sponsorship revenue charter. Your responsibilities will include selling, pitching, and closing deals with consumer-facing brands. Moreover, you will design their in-show placement and integration strategy across TV episodes, digital campaigns, and live events. Crafting meaningful brand integrations that align with the show's narrative and enhance its impact will be a key focus, rather than just passive logo placements. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Sponsorship Sales from End to End - Identify and reach out to high-fit brands across FMCG, fintech, BFSI, edtech, mobility, and lifestyle sectors. - Build the outreach pipeline, lead sponsor conversations, and close large-ticket deals. - Prepare customized sponsorship decks and ROI narratives. 2. Place Brands Inside the Show - Conceptualize and execute in-show brand placements including product usage, segment sponsorships, and brand-driven storylines. - Work with production and creative teams to ensure seamless brand integration across episodes, digital reels, and regional events. - Manage contract execution, creative approvals, and brand asset delivery. 3. Build and Price Tiered Sponsorship Packages - Create structured, multi-level sponsorship options across TV, digital, live events, and investor access. - Offer differentiated value-adds like founder collabs, jury interactions, and exclusive content placements. 4. Ensure Sponsor Success & Renewals - Deliver brand visibility, engagement, and ROI metrics per contract. - Generate performance reports and maintain ongoing client relationships for renewals and upsell. Qualifications - 7+ years in B2B sales, brand partnerships, or sponsorship for media, OTT, event IPs, or startups. - A strong track record in closing high-value deals. - Past experience in placing or integrating brands within content (TV/YouTube/OTT preferred). - Commercial acumen and storytelling skills to build win-win narratives. - Ability to collaborate with teams across content, production, legal, and marketing. - Passion for startups and India's brand + founder ecosystem.
