Were Hiring: Business Development Manager – BPO Outsourcing (International Markets)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who actually closes deals, not just collects leads.

USA, UK, Australia, or Canada

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and acquire international clients willing to outsource voice and backend processes.
  • Run the complete sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, closure.
  • Build relationships with CXOs, founders, decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal operations to frame pricing, capacity, and delivery.

What You Must Have

  • Solid BPO sales experience (voice/non-voice outsourcing).
  • Confidence in reaching out to decision-makers and turning conversations into revenue.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
