Enterprise Security Architect

As an Enterprise Security Architecture Reviewer (ESAR), your role is pivotal in evaluating and validating security architecture designs across enterprise IT initiatives. Your responsibilities include: - Evaluate solution architectures to ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, regulatory requirements, and Security Architecture Review Board (SARB) guidelines. - Actively participate in SARB proceedings by providing technical recommendations and risk assessments for new applications, infrastructure, and integrations. - Maintain detailed documentation of review outcomes, approval status, conditional recommendations, and follow-up actions. Ensure alignment with ESA process qualifiers. - Engage with stakeholders such as business owners, solution architects, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, assess risks, and guide remediation efforts. Provide feedback on architecture submissions and ensure completeness of review artifacts. - Review and validate the implementation of security controls like encryption, authentication, access management, logging, and incident response mechanisms. - Evaluate third-party tools and platforms for compliance with enterprise security architecture standards and recommend compensatory controls as necessary.
