Job Description

Enterprise Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
: Directly drive the sales of
Microsoft services
, actively identifying opportunities and converting leads into sales.
Market Penetration
: Use your knowledge and experience in the US and Canada markets to increase our footprint and customer base.
Cold-Calling
: Manage and execute daily cold calls to potential accounts, identifying and creating opportunities.
Relationship Management
: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
: Regularly track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market trends.
Strategy Development
: Work with cross-functional teams to devise effective sales strategies tailored for the US & Canada markets.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience
: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience, with hands-on involvement in Microsoft Direct Sales.
Market Knowledge
: Demonstrated experience in the US & Canada B2B IT market.
Cold-Calling Skills
: Proven track record in managing and daily execution of cold-calling accounts.
Communication
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales software tools.
