Job Description

You will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for a next-generation billing and pricing infrastructure tailored for modern SaaS companies. Your primary responsibilities as a Founding Enterprise Account Executive will include: - End-to-end pipeline management: Shepherd deals from first touch to close; Concretely define different stages of the funnel and optimize them - Sourcing: Responsible for sourcing at least some of your own leads; Iterate and experiment with messaging for outbound and inbound leads - Discovery and demos: Lead discovery calls, conduct compelling product demos, and work with Engineering to create custom demos - Pilots: Manage free trials and demonstrate the value of the product for specific use cases; Project manage deals through the sales cycle - Negotiate contracts, demonstrate company value, and win deals - Implementation: Work with Engineering and Solutions to manage implementations and drive prospects towards go-live - Exceed sales quotas and maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene - Forge strategic partnerships that drive revenue and contribute to product improvement - Hire and build a team of AEs over time Additionally, you will be expected to devote some of your bandwidth to building out a partnership motion for the company. This will involve: - Iterating to establish a scalable and revenue-generating partnership motion through experiments - Identifying and cultivating high-value partnerships across various industries - Leading negotiations, drafting partnership agreements, and ensuring alignment with company goals - Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partners seamlessly and execute partnership initiatives - Developing joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling initiatives to enhance revenue growth - Designing and delivering onboarding and enablement programs for partners The ideal candidate for this role would have: - 6+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to US customers - Prior success as one of the first AEs at a startup - Track record of consistently beating quotas - Strong project management skills and proactiveness - Solid understanding of business fundamentals and sales processes - Willingness to work in the US time zone and flexibility in daily schedule - Excellent communication skills and ability to build, manage, and motivate a team - Self-driven with high ownership and strong work ethic - Familiarity with billing systems, CPQ, and accounting systems is a plus In addition to a competitive salary, you will have the opportunity to earn performance bonuses and ESOPs.
