Team Lead - Product Design

Role Overview: As a Team Lead Product Designer, you will lead and mentor a team of designers in a fast-paced and agile environment. Your main responsibility will be guiding the team through the end-to-end design process, from discovery to high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with product strategy and maintain design quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of designers - Guide the team through the design process from discovery to high-fidelity designs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design goals with product strategy - Maintain design quality and consistency across the team - Shape and evolve design processes, systems, and workflows - Manage, mentor, and support the team of product designers - Provide regular feedback and guidance to foster their growth - Participate in hiring, onboarding, and professional development of design team members - Advocate for user-centered design practices and data-informed decisions - Balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on design execution Qualifications Required: - At least 8 years of product design experience with 3 years in a leadership or mentorship position - Strong foundation in designing complex B2B or SaaS products - Excellent individual contributor skills with a portfolio showcasing UX/UI and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping methods - Deep understanding of agile design and development processes - Experience working with design systems in large-scale products - Familiarity with front-end development or cross-platform design - Background in user research or usability testing Company Perks: The role offers competitive salary, flexible work hours, maternity/paternity leave benefits, insurance coverage, interest-free loans, and education sponsorship programs.
