We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Leader B2B Sales to lead market expansion efforts and strategic account acquisition, particularly in the payments hardware space. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in selling B2B payment solutions like POS machines, Soundboxes, or similar devices, and a proven ability to manage large accounts end-to-end with a strong focus on revenue. Identify, acquire, and nurture key B2B clients (Banks, NBFCs, Co- operatives, Fintechs, Large Consumer Apps), with a focus on driving market penetration and revenue growth.
Independently manage the full sales cycle for payments hardware (POS, Soundbox, etc.), including demo, onboarding, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their evolving needs and offering customized solutions.
Drive revenue goals with a strong focus on achieving targets (500 Cr+ annually), upselling, and cross-selling within accounts.
Work closely with internal teams — Product, Operations, Finance — to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales strategies.
Stay on top of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to refine sales strategies and drive business advantage.
