Role Overview: At 22by7, every role is a valuable opportunity for career growth. As an Enterprise Sales Manager for New Business, you will play a crucial role in handling end-to-end sales processes. Your responsibilities will include selling IT Infrastructure or IT Transformation Solutions to Enterprise Accounts across various verticals, working on Go-To-Market strategies to establish 22by7 as a Solution Partner, and managing account planning and mapping. Additionally, you will focus on understanding clients" needs, pitching suitable solutions with the Pre-Sales team, and growing accounts through Cross-Selling and Up-Selling initiatives. Your role will also involve managing OEM and Disti ecosystems, handling pricing, negotiations, and closures, as well as ensuring Customer Experience Excellence through continuous follow-up. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end sales processes - Sell IT Infrastructure or IT Transformation Solutions to Enterprise Accounts - Work on Go-To-Market strategies and establish 22by7 as a Solution Partner - Conduct account planning, mapping, and engage with the Decision Making Unit - Understand clients" existing infrastructure and pain points for their transformation journey - Pitch appropriate solutions with the Pre-Sales team - Grow accounts through Cross-Selling and Up-Selling - Maintain a strong funnel for 22by7's solution portfolio - Manage OEM, Disti ecosystems for leads, pre-sales, and closures - Work on Bill of Materials (BOM) and pricing - Handle presentations, negotiations, and closures - Create Customer Experience Excellence through continuous follow-up - Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing for client/vendor activities - Obtain Sales Accreditation on different product lines for effective pitching Qualification Required: - Education: Diploma/Graduate/Post Graduate in any field - Experience: 5 to 10 years in sales, specifically in IT sales with market exposure - Skills: - Good verbal and written communication - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Ability to engage and manage relationships at CXO level - Proactive with a drive to win and achieve goals - Resilient with the ability to handle rejections and tough challenges - Strong organizational and networking skills - Emotional intelligence and ability to understand client motivations - Accountability for actions and results - Resourceful with logical interpretation and prioritization skills,
