Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to target large enterprises, GCCs, and corporates in India.
• Understand client requirements and align our Training & Talent Solutions to meet business needs.
• Build strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D heads, CIOs, CTOs, and business stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure customer success and repeat business.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving EdTech & talent ecosystem in India.
• Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, and client forums to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales

  with proven success in EdTech, Corporate Training, Talent Solutions, or SaaS.
• Strong network within Bangalore and broader Indian enterprise ecosystem.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, with a hunter mindset and strong execution focus.
• Local to
