Enterprise Resources Planning Developer

You are invited to join our team as a Team Lead (Odoo) or Project Manager (Odoo) in either Ahmedabad or Mumbai (Work From Office). This is a full-time position for 5 days a week, requiring Team Lead to have a minimum of 7 years of experience and Project Manager to have a minimum of 10 years of experience. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Odoo development team, ensuring high-quality customizations, managing integrations, and providing guidance to team members. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end Odoo project execution, from requirement gathering to delivery. You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding the development team, conducting code reviews, and enforcing best practices. In addition, you will design, develop, and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and POS. You will work closely with international clients, understand their requirements, offer technical solutions, and ensure client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be involved in implementing and managing seamless integrations between Odoo and external systems, as well as coordinating with internal teams for smooth project delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with the latest Odoo versions, including default modules. Strong proficiency in Python with solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts is essential. You should be able to effectively map business requirements into Odoo solutions, have experience with third-party integrations in Odoo, and be adept at leading teams and promoting a collaborative culture. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering Odoo projects end-to-end, managing timelines, resources, risks, and client communications. You should have a proven track record in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Your role will require you to work closely with international clients and ensure successful project delivery.
