Enterprise Messaging Engineer

Location: Chennai (Work from office)

Experience: 5+ years

Design and architect messaging and collaboration platforms including O365, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
Develop strategic roadmaps and build plans to enhance enterprise messaging and collaboration services.
Manage and support large-scale messaging environments, typically with 10,000+ users.
Implement and maintain cloud, on-prem, and hybrid messaging solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across O365, Exchange, AD, Teams, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
Lead migration projects involving messaging, identity, and collaboration systems across full lifecycle stages.
Automate operational tasks using PowerShell and support configuration and maintenance activities.
Ensure security, compliance, and governance within enterprise messaging solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business stakeholders, to deliver aligned solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies such as AI-driven communication features, and recommend improvements.
