Job Description

Role Overview: As a valued member of the team, you will need to either reside in or be willing to relocate to one of the specified states for eligibility. Your main duty will be to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions for our clients, acting as a subject matter expert. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of implementation projects, including identifying client requirements, configuring applications accordingly, providing training, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring successful deployment of the solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining project plans, status reports, and addressing any project-related challenges to ensure successful completion. Key Responsibilities: - Discover and identify client business requirements - Configure/setup applications based on client needs - Deliver training on the configured solutions - Conduct testing from unit to system integration - Deploy complete implementations successfully - Maintain project plans, status reports, and outstanding item listings - Provide necessary support to overcome project hurdles - Manage risks through client and internal team management - Develop and manage standard operating procedures for the team - Implement standard project management tools, methodologies, and best practices - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of client projects - Participate in strategic and process improvement initiatives - Lead/participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in education and experience - 10+ years of professional consulting experience in implementing HCM software systems - Passion for customer service and customer success - Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects - Demonstrated project management experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities - Previous conflict management skills - Project organization and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Willingness to learn and take ownership of projects - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Experience in project management with large enterprise clients (Note: Additional Company Details are omitted as per the instructions),
