(i) Identify State Institutes, strengthen their capacity, focus enterprise development, and ensure delivery of services to the intended groups.
(ii) Facilitate the preparation and implementation of ODOP and SLUP.
(iii) Mentoring the DPRs to train entrepreneurs, disseminate knowledge, and develop FUPs and DPRs.
(iv) Regular interactions with Farmer Producer Organizations, Co-operatives, and Self Help Groups, etc., strengthening supply chain, setting up common facility centers
(v) Facilitating convergence with other Central schemes and availing benefits of State Incentives for Micro Food Processing units;
(vi) Overall management of funds and facilitating external audit;
(vii) Compiling all financial reporting, use of MIS for Program Finance
(i) Degree in Engineering/ Technology from a premium Institute and MBA/PGDM with a focus on Entrepreneurship development;
(ii) A Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an organization assisting Micro & small units in establishing and upgradation units, developing clusters, organizing FPOs, etc.
