Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Sales & Business Development:

    Identify, engage, and convert corporate, institutional, and government accounts for air conditioning solutions and turnkey projects.
  • Key Account & Relationship Management:

    Build and sustain strong relationships with builders, consultants, facility managers, Architects & Interior designers and procurement heads to ensure repeat business.
  • Project Acquisition & Execution Coordination:

    Generate project leads, prepare techno-commercial offers, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Sales Planning & Target Achievement:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for enterprise and project sales.
  • Tender & Proposal Management:

    Participate in government and institutional tenders, prepare detailed proposals, and manage bid submissions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Liaise with design, supply chain, and service teams to ensure timely installation, commissioning, and client satisfaction.
  • Market & Competitor Intelligence:

    Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and upcoming infrastructure developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Revenue Optimization:

    Maintain profitability through smart pricing, value engineering, and efficient resource utilization.
  • Customer Retention & Support:

    Ensure post-sales engagement, service coordination, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals for key clients.

What Were Looking For

  • Graduate / MBA with 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise or project sales (preferably HVAC or capital equipment).
  • Hands-on exposure to

    enterprise / institutional / project-based business development

  • Smart, proactive, and

    result-oriented professional

    with ownership of deliverables.
  • Highly motivated to

    achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Strong techno-commercial understanding and presentation skills.
  • Excellent
