Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. This strategic role is pivotal in aligning our technology infrastructure with long-term business goals, enhancing system integration, and enabling digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in crafting a future-ready IT architecture that supports scalability, innovation, and efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities : - Define and develop enterprise-wide architecture strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead the design and integration of complex IT systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and performance. - Analyze current technology environments to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. - Support cloud adoption, data governance, and application modernization efforts across the enterprise. - Collaborate with leadership to prioritize architectural initiatives and deliver business value. Core Requirements : Technical Expertise : - Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent. - Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data platforms, and application ecosystems. - Comfortable with system design, architecture modeling tools, and development methodologies. - Exposure to one or more programming environments is a plus. Business Insight : - Ability to map business capabilities to IT strategies with clarity and foresight. - Strong understanding of BFSI industry processes and how they can be transformed using technology. - Skilled in communicating complex architectural topics to technical and non-technical audiences. Leadership & Collaboration : - Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide architecture initiatives and drive stakeholder engagement. - Experience working across business units and influencing executive decision-making. - Skilled in facilitating cross-functional collaboration to align IT roadmaps with strategic priorities. Desirable Qualifications : - TOGAF, Zachman, or other relevant architecture certifications. - Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD practices, and automation tools. - Experience in microservices architectures, APIs, and modern technology stacks.
