- Facilitate

  decentralized IT landscape

- Engage with
  business leaders and IT stakeholders
  , fostering collaboration and maintaining strong relationships.
- Communicate the
  value of enterprise architecture (EA)
  and its
  portfolio of services
  to stakeholders.
- Strategic Planning & Innovation
- Analyze
  business models, industry trends, and market disruptions
  to assess their impact on business outcomes.
- Provide insights into
  organizational readiness for change and innovation
  using
  scenario planning techniques
  .
- Use
  planning-driven, design-driven, and learning-driven
  approaches to develop
  current-state and future-state business models
  .
- Enterprise Architecture & Governance
- Support
  various operating models
  , including
  project-centric and product-centric approaches
  .
- Lead the evolution of the
  Enterprise Architecture (EA) team s services and operating model
  .
- Establish
  best practices for enterprise architecture governance
  , ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coaching & Mentorship
- Mentor and coach
  other architects, product owners/managers, and business stakeholders
  to instill
  architectural thinking
  .
- Act as a
  thought leader
  , providing guidance on
  architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies
  .
- Storytelling & Vision Communication
- Create compelling
  visualizations of future-state architectures
  to inspire innovation and
  long-term planning
  .
- Translate complex architectural concepts into
  clear, actionable strategies
  for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Required Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor s degree
  
  Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
  
  TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture certification
