Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a blended workforce:

  25 employees + 150 consultants/vendors

  .
• Drive

  large-scale ERP programs

  (greenfield implementations, rollouts, migrations).
• Partner with business stakeholders across

  APAC, Europe, and North America

  .
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, compliance (SOX, GDPR).
• Build a

  people-centric culture

  , mentoring and developing future leaders.
• Act as a

  succession-ready leader

  within global IT.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10 years in SAP/ERP leadership.
• Proven success in

  S4/HANA, ECC, Ariba

  implementations.
• Background in

  product companies or global captive centers

  preferred.
• Experience leading

  large distributed teams

  (employees + consultants).
• Strong people leadership skills; inspires respect and collaboration.
