Job Description

Role Overview: At ZS, as an Enterprise Application Administrator (HRIS), your role will involve understanding and configuring the system as per HR requirements while working collaboratively with the team. You will be responsible for managing technology solutions that align with the firm's strategic direction and comply with systems and employment legislation. Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, optimizing HR systems, and delivering high-value HR technology solutions will be key aspects of your role. You will also be involved in identifying and implementing process or technology improvements, managing day-to-day requests, and providing internal consultation to stakeholders for process improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Work with internal stakeholders to manage technology solutions supporting the firm's strategic direction - Cultivate and manage relationships with key partners such as HR functions, IT, business partners, and vendors - Optimize, streamline, and administer HR systems and technologies - Deliver HR technology solutions that provide value for HR practitioners and key stakeholders - Identify and implement process or technology improvements - Manage and prioritize day-to-day requests - Build and support global collaboration for delivering results - Function as an internal consultant to stakeholders for process improvement Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in management information systems, Human Resources, or a related technical field; master's degree preferred - 2-3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Onboarding 2.0 - Knowledge of SAP Successfactors Employee Central and hands-on Configuration for Onboarding 2.0 - SAP SuccessFactors Certified in ONB 2.0 (Good to have) - Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management module is a plus - Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Knowledge of HR industry and technology trends - Ability to provide technology solutions to global HR organizations - Commitment to providing excellent customer service - Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and drive for results Company Details: ZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth, and professional development.
