Enrolment Specialist ( 1-2 Years of Academic counselling and Enrolments, - Mysuru)

Kritavidya Academy, in partnership with Law Prep Tutorial—India’s premier CLAT coaching brand—is on a mission to help Mysuru students break into top NLUs. We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Enrolment Specialist who is passionate about transforming young lives through education and knows that results don’t come without smart work.

We need high energy team members who want to help students to achieve great things. The ideal candidate must have the following

Key Responsibilities

• Call and counsel prospective students and parents daily—understand their needs, answer queries, and guide them to the right course
• Drive enrollments through persistent follow-ups, smart persuasion, and trust-building
• Conduct home visits, school sessions, and walk-in consultations to boost conversions
• Collaborate with the marketing team on local campaigns, seminars, and awareness drives
• Maintain and update the CRM/lead tracker with 100% accuracy
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets

✅ What You Need to Succeed

• 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, academic sales, or admissions (preferred)
• Fluent in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
• Strong communication + empathy + persuasion = Ideal Team Mate
• Field-ready mindset: willing to visit homes, schools, and interact face-to-face
• Organized, outcome-focused, and not afraid of rejection
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication
• Be the face of Kritavidya—warm, persuasive, trustworthy

✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, career guidance, or sales (education sector preferred)
• Are fluent in English and Kannada; Hindi is a bonus

• Are comfortable with fieldwork: school outreach, home counseling, and public speaking
• Are tech-savvy: Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
