Job Overview: This position is a key role generating enrollment leads and walk-ins for Kritavidya and Law Prep Tutorial courses. Success here would be a steady stream of walk-ins to our center for counseling and subsequent enrollments for our courses.
Job Overview: This position is a key role generating enrollment leads and walk-ins for Kritavidya courses. Success here would be a steady stream of walk-ins to our center for counselling and subsequent enrollments for our courses.
Responsibilities and Duties: Generate Business:
Ø Work on the leads provided by the TL/Manager.
Ø Perform tele-marketing activities as needed and follow-up effectively with prospects
Ø Establishing contacts with interested parents, prospective parents etc
Ø Calling & Following up with potential customers/students to update them on our courses
Ø Counsel walk-ins on career choices, provide information on KV courses and Convince students to enrol for appropriate Kritavidya courses
Ø Work independently or as a teammate to deliver the Monthly/Weekly sales targets.
Ø Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, etc.
Ø BPO / Customer service experience shall be an added advantage.
Ø The profile involves working from the office.
Ø Maintaining a detailed record of all the potential customers and preparing MIS reports
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
