Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Lesson Delivery Deliver engaging and structured lessons as per the official curriculum and assigned course (e.g., Spoken English, IELTS, Interview Preparation, etc.). Use YSA’s official slide decks, materials, and visual aids during classes. Adapt teaching style based on student needs and course level. 2. Classroom Management Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment at all times. Begin and end classes punctually; record attendance daily. Manage class participation, group activities, and student engagement. 3. Student Support & Evaluation Conduct regular student assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions. Identify struggling students and coordinate with the Admissions Manager for academic support plans. Share weekly progress reports when required. 4. Course Materials & Test Coordination Assist in updating and maintaining class materials and resources. Coordinate and conduct weekly tests as per the curriculum schedule. Ensure test papers are checked, and results are documented and submitted on time. 5. Communication & Feedback Maintain regular communication with the Admissions Manager regarding class performance, concerns, or suggestions. Encourage student feedback and use it to improve delivery. 6. Institutional Support Represent the academy in workshops, demos, or marketing events when requested. Support in gathering student reviews or testimonials (written/video) periodically. Assist in internal quality checks, mock audits, or training if applicable. Reporting Structure You will report directly to the Admissions Manager . In their absence, report to the Founder & Director . Additional tasks aligned with your role may be assigned as required.
