We're seeking a dynamic and experienced leader in English education to head our English department and drive academic excellence. As a Head of Department – English, you will lead curriculum design, mentor faculty, and foster a love for literature and language in our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead English department and oversee curriculum design
- Mentor and evaluate faculty for teaching excellence
- Coordinate literary programs, debates, and theatre productions
- Contribute to pastoral care and student development
*Requirements:*
- Master's degree in English with a B.Ed.
- 5-7 years of teaching experience with 2 years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of ICSE curriculum and modern pedagogy
