Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Language Trainer located in Ahmedabad. The English Language Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective language training sessions, creating lesson plans, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of participants. Additional tasks include conducting interactive workshops and consistently maintaining high-quality instruction standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
• Strong background in Education and experience in curriculum development
• Exceptional Writing skills for preparing training materials and evaluating students' language development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of diverse proficiency levels
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in language training roles is a plus
