English Language Trainer

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Instruction

• Conduct regular spoken English, grammar, and communication classes.
• Teach:
• Vocabulary building
• Sentence formation
• Public speaking
• Pronunciation & accent improvement
• Reading comprehension
• Writing skills (letters, paragraphs, emails)
• Use interactive activities such as:
• Group discussions
• Role plays
• Debates
• Storytelling
• Presentations

Student Skill Development

• Help students overcome fear of speaking English.
• Improve fluency, clarity, and confidence.
• Correct pronunciation, grammatical mistakes, and sentence structure.
• Identify weak areas and provide personalized support.

Assessment & Progress Tracking

• Conduct speaking tests, written assessments, and practice exercises.
• Maintain attendance and student progress reports.
• Share feedback with students, parents, or management.

Content & Lesson Planning

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, practice materials, and activities.
• Develop course modules for different levels (basic, intermediate, advanced).
• Create engaging and interactive learning environments.

Classroom & Communication

• Maintain discipline and motivate students through positive reinforcement.
• Encourage classroom participation and student engagement.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, coordinators, and parents.

School/Institute Responsibilities

• Support events such as debates, assemblies, anchoring, competitions.
• Assist with English-related programs and literacy activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training programs.

Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualifications

• Graduate in English / B.A. English / B.Ed. (preferred in schools).
• Certification in spoken English training, TESOL, CELTA (optional, preferred).

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong grammar and communication knowledge.
• Ability to train students from beginner to advanced levels.
• Patience, confidence, and child-friendly nature.
• Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
