About the Role:
We are expanding our training team and looking for English Language Trainers who can conduct engaging, outcome-focused communication training sessions for learners. This role is open to trainers from different backgrounds and work preferences, as long as you can commit to the evening shift and working hours.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Tamil.
• Clear communication, pronunciation, and teaching ability.
• Trainers from experience levels (freshers to 5 years of experience max) can apply.
• Ability to handle sessions online or offline, depending on the work mode chosen.
• Reliability in terms of shift commitment and communication.
• Experience in training for spoken English & soft skills, accent (American / British) or IELTS coaching.
• Ability to engage different types of learners across age groups.
