Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for an English Language Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering effective English language lessons, assessing student progress, and tailoring instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners. Additional responsibilities include creating educational materials, facilitating workshops, and fostering language learning to help individuals improve their English communication and writing skills. Qualifications Proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and Education Strong skills in Writing and effective communication Experience in teaching or training environments Ability to design and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Flexibility to adapt teaching approaches to suit different learning styles Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification is a plus Minimum of 2 years of experience in language training or education
