Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English Language Trainer based in Mumbai. The English Language Trainer will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging language lessons to individuals or groups, focusing on improving English proficiency across reading, writing, listening, and speaking. The role includes developing and implementing customized language training programs, assessing learners progress, and providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills. The trainer will also maintain detailed records of training sessions and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills
• Knowledge and experience in the fields of Education and Writing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with learners
• Ability to create customized training materials and adapt teaching methods for different audiences
• Professional certifications in language training or a related field are advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or any related discipline
• Prior experience as a language trainer or educator is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
