Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute civil works including pile foundations, RCC, pedestals, and structure foundations.
Manage site activities such as layout, excavation, concreting, and grouting as per drawings and BOQ.
Ensure quality, safety compliance, and timely completion of civil works.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, store team, and internal project teams.
Monitor material consumption, maintain site records, and submit DPRs.
Identify civil issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualification & Skills:

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Strong experience in ground-mounted solar project civil works.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and manage site execution.
Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices.
