Engineering Recruiter

Important Pointers :

• This is a remote role
• Work Days : Sunday to Thursday
• Working Hours : 10.30AM to 8PM IST
• Should have a laptop

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various engineering roles (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, design, R&D).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, pipelines, and hiring status reports.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and team requirements.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruiting for core engineering roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in in-house or agency recruitment focused on engineering talent.
