Engineering Manager (Web Suite & Mobile App)

Role Description

Based in our Gurugram office, you’ll deliver two core products:

• Web Suite

  — web apps such as Itinerary Co-Pilot, Operations Portal, and Accounts Portal, plus the SQL databases that power customer, booking, and payment data.

• Consumer app

  — a Flutter mobile app that lets travellers plan, book, and manage their trips; v1 was built by an external vendor and is we want to move it in-house.

4–7 full-stack and mobile engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver end-to-end

  – design the architecture, set timelines, and launch every feature on schedule.

• Track work & run detailed team reviews

  – keep task lists up to date and hold twice-weekly deep-dive meetings to check progress, reset priorities, and flag risks early.

• Unblock engineers daily

  – jump in when someone is stuck and solve problems quickly.

• Review code & uphold quality

  – give clear feedback on pull requests and maintain high standards.

• Release & bug management

  – manage roll-outs, track issues, and drive fast, clean fixes.

• User-focused improvements

  – gather feedback from sales and ops teams and turn insights into product upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5 + years

  building and shipping web or mobile products, including

  2 + years

  as an Engineering Manager or similar delivery-lead role.
• Hands-on

  full-stack experience

  with React, MERN, MEAN, Node.js, and strong SQL/NoSQL skills.

• Production experience with Flutter (or another cross-platform framework)

  and a track record of shipping polished consumer apps.

• Cloud expertise

  – confident running services on

  AWS, GCP, or Azure

  , with DevOps know-how.

• Startup mindset

• Clear, concise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s

  in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
