Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Engineering (Backend, Frontend, QA, Data Science) and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth product delivery and adoption.

• Tracking & Prioritization:

  Monitor daily deployments, outcomes, and product builds. Prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Planning & Execution:

  Lead scrum meetings with Project Managers and Engineering PODs to review milestones, track progress, and identify blockers.

• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting:

  Resolve day-to-day technical queries, assist with product configuration, and promote best-in-class implementation practices.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of total experience, including time in a Tech Lead or similar hands-on leadership role
• Strong competency in Backend (Java & Python)
• B.Tech in a core engineering discipline (Computer Science, Electrical, or related)
• Strong deployment and troubleshooting experience in SaaS or startup environments
• Prior startup experience highly preferred
