Should be involved in coding and spend 40% time on coding and rest on solution designing, architecture, team management. Good in communication and stakeholder management Currently Playing a similar role. 15+ years of experience. AWS Soln Arch or any other certification if a plus. Should be able to clear codility. Rate: P6/P7. Each EM will manage 2 squads
