Qualifications

Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies (Java/Python/React/Angular)
Experience with full stack development and project management
Experience in
developing software products
Hands-on experience in
java, python and Mongo DB
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor engineering teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
Relevant experience in an engineering role and prior management experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
