Description
You will be responsible for managing the Salesforce portfolio and scaling the business and team. Your duties will include mentoring the Salesforce Development Team, Program & Project Managers, and driving global business and technology re-engineering CRM Initiatives with the Salesforce platform. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing CRM Initiatives and driving Customer Success Strategies. You should have strong operational expertise in project management, agile sprint delivery cycles, program management, budget management, team performance reviews, and vendor negotiations. Experience working with mid-large scale global teams is required. You will be responsible for managing the P&L of the delivery, including resource management, managing the margins, estimations, and overall business risk assessment for actions taken. Your role will involve managing relationships with clients, seeking both short and long-term new business opportunities, and ensuring continuous performance improvement in all areas of the delivery. Solution Design, Technical Architecture, and Engagement Management will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will be held accountable for the successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions to achieve or exceed client objectives. Developing and maintaining senior technical client relationships, driving mitigation of key account/project technical risks and issues, and providing guidance to the project team will be essential. You will also be required to lead prospect discovery sessions to identify high-level business opportunities and requirements, create architectural diagrams and documentation, estimate the level of effort, schedules, and resources needed to implement the solution, and assist in Hiring, Building, and Developing the Technical Team. Furthermore, you will be expected to forecast Salesforce resource requirements, help build Salesforce COE, and coordinate with various vertical business units and global sales teams to drive overall competency growth as per market needs. Your role will involve helping define workable Go to Market (GTM) focus, driving business from ongoing clients, and winning new clients. Actively supporting sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings, and services, translating them into strong value propositions for clients, and helping win most deals will also be part of your responsibilities.
