Job Description

As the Salesforce Portfolio Manager, your role involves managing the Salesforce portfolio and scaling the business and team. You will mentor the Salesforce Development Team, Program & Project Managers. Your responsibilities include driving global business and technology re-engineering CRM Initiatives with the Salesforce platform, as well as managing CRM Initiatives and Customer Success Strategies. You will also drive Salesforce Strategies such as Salesforce Platform Architecture, Environment Strategies, and Enterprise SSO Strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong Operational Expertise in project management, agile sprint delivery cycles, program management, budget management, team performance reviews, and vendor negotiations - Experience working with Mid-large scale global teams - Manage the P&L of the delivery, including resource management, managing the margins, estimations, and overall responsibility of business risk assessment - Manage relationships with clients, seek new business opportunities, and ensure continuous performance improvement in all delivery areas - Lead Solution Design, Technical Architecture, and Engagement Management - Ensure successful implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions to achieve or exceed client objectives - Develop and maintain senior technical client relationships - Drive mitigation of key account/project technical risks and issues - Provide guidance to the project team, conduct performance management, and review Statements of Work (SoW) - Establish and document standards and best practices for technical services - Lead Pre-Sales, Engagement Scope & Estimation activities - Hire, build, and develop the Technical Team - Forecast Salesforce resource requirements and help build Salesforce COE - Coordinate with various vertical business units and global sales teams to drive overall competency growth and market focus - Actively support sales opportunities by leveraging solutions, offerings, and services to win new clients Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in force.com, clm, cloud, Salesforce, cpq, architecture, crm, and sfdc ,
