Job Description

Be a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders by identifying opportunities, constructively challenging conventional thinking, and ensuring outcomes that enable project execution.
Formulate and implement strategic plans to align technology initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and prioritization.
Manage special topics and strategy papers by preparing compelling and visually engaging aids that bolster business strategies and priorities.
Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes, technologies and organizational changes.
Develop and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed about value stream strategies, delivery progress and change initiatives.
Work closely with cross functional and cross divisional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated value stream delivery.
Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of technology in value stream delivery.
Oversee budget planning and management ensuring capabilities are delivered within financial constraints.
Work in a fast paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational and time management skills exhibiting flexibility, adaptability and the capacity to perform under pressure.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, proposing solutions and implementing best practices.
