Your responsibilities will include coordinating design work with other disciplines, liaising with internal and external clients, maintaining high work standards, and mentoring entry-level and junior structural engineering staff. You will ensure a high standard of quality output and meet delivery dates for projects in the Water and Environment sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and analyze structures using various national and international codal provisions - Coordinate design work with other disciplines - Liaise with internal and external clients - Maintain high work standards and attention to detail - Mentor entry-level and junior staff - Ensure high quality output and meet delivery dates **Qualifications Required:** - Possess a range of structural analysis and design experience in reinforced concrete and steelwork structures - 3 to 12 years of structural engineering experience in Water / Wastewater projects - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering - Experience with working on similar types of projects - Familiarity with different types of loadings - Strong planning and organizing skills - Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills - Commitment to ongoing learning and development - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team At Jacobs, people are valued, and the right balance of belonging, career, and lifestyle enables consistent delivery and exceeding clients' expectations.
