Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities, underground structures, tanks, buildings, pipelines, and related infrastructure. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with design codes, regulations, and standards. Additionally, you will coordinate design work with other disciplines, liaise with clients, and maintain high work standards. Key Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of applicable design codes, regulations, and standards - Design and analyze structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities, underground structures, tanks, buildings, pipelines, and related infrastructure - Perform analysis & design of structural systems using national and international codal provisions - Leading and delivering projects with a team of Engineers and CAD staff - Ensure quality of deliverables comply with statutory and regulatory requirements - Coordination of design work with other disciplines - Mentor mid-level and senior structural engineering staff - Ability to lead cross-functional teams Qualifications Required: - Possess a range of structural analysis and design experience, particularly in reinforced concrete and steelwork structures - 15+ years of structural engineering experience in Water/Wastewater projects - Bachelors degree in civil engineering or M. Your Impact: As a Structural Engineer, your main role responsibilities will include designing and analyzing structures for water and wastewater treatment facilities, underground structures (such as tanks, buildings, and pipelines), and other related infrastructure. Ensuring a high standard of quality output and meeting delivery dates in the Water and Environment sector are essential aspects of this role. What You'll Need: To be successful in this role, you should possess a range of structural analysis and design experience, particularly in reinforced concrete and steelwork structures. You should have 6 to 12 years of structural engineering experience in Water/Wastewater projects, both domestic and international. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering is required. Experience working on similar types of projects, familiarity with different types of loadings, strong planning and organizing skills, excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are necessary. Demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are also key qualifications.
