Strong troubleshooting skills in various versions of Exchange Online/ Exchange 2013/2016

Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive

Strong troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Intune

Strong skills in service outage management and end user support experience

Sound knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory

Understand Networking and Windows OS concepts and PowerShell scripting

General Skills:

Excellent Analysis and Documentation skills

Incident and Problem Management Skills

Sound ITIL knowledge

Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination
Job Role & Responsibilities:

Goodexperience around Exchange Online/ Exchange 2016 server/ MS Teams/Onedrive and MSIntune. Individual should be passionate about technology, multi skilled andwilling to work in a 24 X 7 support model under stringent SLAs.
