Engineer Transformer Sales & Support

As a Sales Engineer in the Transformer Division based in Chandigarh, your primary role involves generating inquiries, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the complete sales cycle. You will be responsible for regularly visiting the market to identify and generate new inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with industrial customers, dealers, and contractors, conducting regular follow-ups with clients for order closure including price negotiations, handling the end-to-end sales cycle, supporting customers with product information and technical support, exploring and developing new territories, and preparing and executing sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Regularly visit the market to identify and generate new inquiries. - Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers, dealers, and contractors. - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for order closure, including price negotiations. - Handle the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to order dispatch. - Support customers by providing product information and technical support where required. - Explore and develop new territories for expanding business opportunities. - Prepare and execute sales strategies including promotions, expense planning, and projections. Qualifications Required: - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred). - 03 years of experience in sales/marketing in the transformers, switchgear, or electrical industry. - Strong understanding of transformer products and applications. - Must own a two-wheeler vehicle and laptop for fieldwork. - Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.,
